I'm a yoga teacher and leadership facilitator with a passion for people having an achievable daily practice.  
Most attendees want yoga classes that help them feel better - better digestion, happier joints, anymore energy.  That's what I will focus on when leading and guiding the classes.
You will receive the gems of my 22 years of facilitation and leadership experience so that you can experience powerful classes that leave you enabled improve your health without being affected by any long-term or chronic health issues.

ALL IN Chair Yoga

ALL IN Chair Yoga not only adapts traditional yoga poses so that they can be done while seated.  It varies the ideas and creates new opportunities as well.

This form of yoga is ideal for those with mobility issues, those who find standing for long periods challenging, or anyone who prefers a gentle approach to their yoga practice.

Through a series of seated and standing postures, stretches, and breathing techniques, ALL IN Chair Yoga aims to enhance physical flexibility, improve mental clarity, boost mood, and reduce stress.
